He and his wife Carrie moved to California in 2005 to lead the Saddleback's ministry to 18-25 year olds. With 10 years of college ministry experience, Brad's passion to mobilize the younger generation to fulfill the great commission continues to grow. He recently launched an annual collegiate gathering called 'Radicalis'. It's designed to inspire young adults to do something about the millions that suffer because of spiritual emptiness, extreme poverty, pandemic diseases, corrupt leadership and a lack of education. He holds degrees in theology and a masters in leadership. He loves to lead and learn in collaborative environments and is months away from finishing his first book.

Debbie teaches on a regular basis to the women of Saddleback Church, and is a speaker for women's retreats and events. She has also been part of many writing teams for bible studies and leadership curriculum. She is passionate about developing leaders and teaching women disciplines for living a life of intentionality and influence. She has been married to Matt for 24 years and is a proud Mom to their son Mark who is 12.

From there he moved to Pasadena, California and received a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling in 1985. Steve has worked on 4 church staffs prior to joining the staff at Saddleback Church in February of 1998 as the Pastor of Small Groups. He now oversees over 3,500 adult small groups at Saddleback. Steve founded the Small Group Network of Small Group Point People throughout North America. He co-wrote several books and small group materials including: 250 Big Ideas for Small Groups, Building Healthy Small Groups in Your Church, and Don't Lead Alone. His latest book is "Small Groups With Purpose." With over 20 years in leading small group ministries, he loves seeing a big church become small through true community developed in group life. Steve and his wife, Lisa, reside in Southern California and have two children, Erika and Ethan, and have been married since 1989.

He' a rabid Denver Broncos fan and believes orange and blue are God's favorite colors. Kurt spends some of his free time golfing, surfing and riding dirt bikes. But more than anything else, he likes to hang with his family. He's been married to Rachel since 1991 and together they have two fantastic kids, Kayla and Cole.

Rick has recorded 11 albums and has 84 songs registered with CCLI. Rick is the author of The Worship Answer Book published in 2006 by Thomas Nelson and is a Contributing Editor for Christianity Today's Leadership Journal. Rick also writes a monthly column called "Ask Rick" which is published by several magazines including Worship Musician. Rick has been married to his beautiful wife Laura for 24 for years and they have 5 wonderful children: Brandon, Logan, Jordan, Megan and Nolan.

In addition to Chris' roles here at Saddleback, he has church staff experience as a Youth Pastor, Children's Pastor, Teaching Pastor, and Executive Pastor. His educational background is from Baptist Bible College West and Rockbridge Seminary. He married his beautiful bride Tina in 1990 and has three amazing children…Jacob, Kaylee and Macie Joy. He strives to be the best husband and dad for his family, to add value to others and to become more like Jesus every day.
