LAUNCH
LAUNCH is a complete training program for leaders who are planting a church or starting a multi-site church campus within 12 months of enrollment. It is designed to provide just-in-time training for leaders who are in the pre-launch, launch, or post-launch phase of a church plant or campus start-up from some of the most respected experts in the country.
LAUNCH delivers practical, effective, and relevant training in all aspects of starting a church or campus in a format that allows leaders to work toward their launch as they learning and receive training.

PRE-LAUNCH
Launch preparation and planning
Location: Saddleback Church-Rancho Capistrano

LAUNCH:
Launch phase training and coaching via six 4.5 hour online training and coaching sessions in March, April, and May with on-going personal access to a coach during your launch phase.
Location: Online (no travel)

Who:
Pre-Launch and Launch phase portions of the program are designed for leaders who are within 12 months of planting a church or starting a multi-site campus and those who have recently planted and are looking for effective strategies for church growth and multiplication.
Post-Launch is effective for anyone who wants to learn proven church growth and ministry strategies.

What:
Practical training in all aspects of launching a church or multi-site campus with a cohort of other church leaders delivered in a just-in-time format.
Where:
Training will take place at the Rancho Capistrano Conference Center.
