The Saddleback Church Leadership Academy has a vision for equipping the next generation of ministry leaders. But, many people assume they must be a seminary graduate or have a degree in Religious Studies or the Bible to be qualified to lead a ministry at an existing church, church plant, or a multi-site campus.
