Healthy Living Workshops
This Saturday, August 25, come and meet Kathrine Lee - an inspirational speaker, wellness advocate and co-creator and Executive Director of the Source and Ultimate Source. You will hear her incredible journey from condemnation to grace. You may have seen Kathrine during one of her appearances on the Oprah Winfrey show. Kathrine has lost over 100 pounds, and has made it her life mission to help anyone overcome anything that weighs them down.
Fitness Classes
We are pleased to announce a new fitness class, Stretch and Strenghten. This is a worship experience that offers all of the physical benefits of the strengthening postures and is done with scripture, prayer, and worship music speaking to a weekly theme. The classes are coed, non-competitive, and a great way to release stress by breathing in God's goodness and breathing out negativity and toxicity. The benefits of this class include core strengthening, weight loss, lower blood pressure, better posture, and much more. We dedicate our practice to God, worshipping Him fully with our minds, bodies, and souls in fellowship. Come join us on Monday and Wednesday mornings in the Refinery gym. Bring your own mat. No registration is necessary for this FREE class.
Saddleback is also continuing our popular Zumba class on Monday mornings and evenings. Join us in Tent 3, and have fun with this latin-inspired fitness class.
