At the very center of Christianity is the cross. We see it everywhere – in church buildings, on necklaces, to decorate t-shirts. But when you stop and think about it, the cross is a reminder that an innocent person died a horrible death … why? Why is our faith centered around that belief? Why did Jesus have to die for our sins? Couldn't God have just called a cosmic "do-over"?
Tonight we're going to look again at the very core of what Jesus' life, death, and resurrection were all about, and how understanding WHY Jesus had to die, completely reinterprets how we now live.
See you tonight at the Refinery for our 7:15 and 9:15 gatherings!!
