Wasn't last Sunday awesome? Having Pastor Rick come by and hug so many of us was a real treat. I loved it when he said we were his favorite campus. And honestly, I believe that he does not tell everyone that. It is my favorite, too. 

This week (for those who got tickets in time) we are going to the Pageant of the Masters on Thursday evening. If you are going, please be at the bus stop by Clubhouse 3 by 5:45 as we are leaving at 6. Please bring warm clothes and binoculars if you have them. Our seats are not the best but we will sure have a good time together. We always do! We are not going to picnic as we first discussed so please eat in advance though food is available for purchase. There is lots of art work to look at before entering the theatre. 

After this Sunday's service, those of you who have volunteered to be a part of our new caring ministry called "Let's Connect" will have a brief orientation where you will receive an instruction book and your contact person. This ministry will provide a daily brief phone call to those who are "shut ins." Please plan on staying about a half an hour if you have volunteered or are interested in volunteering.
