Hello Saddleback Church Laguna Woods,

You blew me away last Sunday. Even though it was raining our attendance was UP. That says so much about you. Worship is more important than a little dampness. Thanks to our greeters, too, who used umbrellas to help anyone from their car to the door. They showed wonderful servant hearts.

This week, on Sunday we have our choir singing and it is International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. We will be praying for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are not free as we are to worship. Please join us for that and the rest of our great worship. Clubhouse 5, 10 a.m.

After the Sunday service, we will be conducting a small group host Leader Training. If you have ever considered hosting a group, this will be the time to investigate what is involved and why it is such an awesome ministry. I will be teaching and it should only be about 1.5 hours. We will even provide a free lunch! Just hit reply to this email so we can know you are coming and will have your lunch ready.

Remember our SPAGHETTI WESTERN DINNER AND LINE DANCE coming up the following Sunday evening, November 20. We are having an all you can eat pasta dinner (3 choices) with line dancing. You even get to make your own Sundae! A fun evening for only $10 ($15 at the door). Tickets are on sale this Sunday. Who can you introduce to our church family at this event?
