The Food Pantry

The PEACE Center Food Pantry supports families with temporary food assistance by providing fresh and nonperishable grocery items — 100% personal choice. Families may receive assistance once every 30 days.

It is the mission of the health clinic to care for our community’s most vulnerable, whether they are insured, uninsured, or without resources. The clinic provides full-scope primary care, including preventative healthcare and chronic disease management.

The mobile dental unit provides basic dental care, including exams with x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions for adults with or without insurance.

Fitness Programs

Join us for one of the many free fitness classes offered right here at Saddleback Lake Forest.
Zumba®—Get in shape while having fun! Zumba® is an easy, fastpaced, Latin-inspired fitness program. Offered every Wednesday at 6:30 PM and Friday at 8:30 AM in Tent 3.
Cross Training—Build strength, agility, balance, and coordination at a level of intensity that raises your heart rate and builds your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance. Join us on Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in Tent 2.
Walk and Worship—Walk around the beautiful Lake Forest campus and make new friends all while getting in shape. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Meet on the Worship Center patio.
Stretch and Pray—This class offers the benefits of core strengthening and weight loss while lowering your blood pressure and helping you better your posture. Please bring a mat or blanket. Join us Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the Refinery Gym and Thursday at 6:00 PM in Tent 1.
Low Back and Core Strengthening—Experiencing fatigue, pain, or discomfort? Feeling stressed, tired, or burned out? This class will focus on relaxation, stretching, and breathing techniques that will refresh and reenergize you. Bring a blanket or mat. Join us Tuesday at 6:00 PM in Tent 1.
