Pastor Mike Ayala has been serving as Santa Rosa's campus pastor since 2021. Along with his wife, Tinay, and kids Anton and Joaquin, they faithfully lead our community in the purposes of God. "Homegrown" as many would describe him, Pastor Mike's journey with God and with Saddleback since our launch in 2014 has been an example of servant leadership. Yet throughout the years of serving in different capacities—as a volunteer, as part-time staff, and as our Connections Pastor—the call has been one and the same—to reach one more for Christ.
