San Diego Wildfire Disaster Relief

Unseasonal heat and high winds have fueled nine separate wildfires that erupted earlier this week in the San Diego County area. So far, news sources report that the flames scorched 10,000 acres, destroyed at least a dozen homes and businesses, and forced tens of thousands of people to flee for safety. Most tragic is families trying to come to grips with the reality that they’ve lost everything after returning home to find nothing but charred rubble.

Saddleback Church is mobilizing our church family to come to the aid of San Diego County. Our church has been assisting in disaster relief for more than three decades. Our PEACE Disaster Relief teams work with the local church to assist people impacted by disaster through compassionate care and the love of Jesus that comforts and gives hope.
