Guillermo's Story

The best part of serving on the Greeter Team is seeing people’s faces transform when they walk into our church. Many people walk up with a straight face or look distracted, but when I smile and welcome them, I get to see that shift. I didn’t realize how important my role was before I took a three-week vacationa while back. When Ireturned, so many people stopped to ask where I had been and if everything was alright. I may have only a few moments to connect with people, but each and every moment is so important.
