Depression Support Group
Saddleback’s Depression Support Group is a safe place to talk openly and honestly about the realities of living with depression and where Christ’s compassion guides our approach to this specific mental illness. We will share our experiences only. It can be therapeutic to find people who can relate to you when you are suffering from a mental illness or emotional distress, and that’s why we are here. The apostle Paul wrote to the church in Corinth that Jesus, "comforts us in all our afflictions, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”
