Dear Friend,
If you are a parent of a child with mental health challenges, you know what it’s like to live with circumstances you didn’t choose, can’t fully control, and with suffering that doesn’t come with an “end” date. Carol Kent knows this journey as well and will be with us at our next free BREATHE Zoom call on December 8 at 5:30 PM (PT). Carol is the author of over twenty-seven books, including “When I Lay My Isaac Down.” Carol’s son, Jason, newly married and a recent graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, took the life of his wife’s ex-husband, believing him to be a danger to his young stepchildren. Jason was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole and has served more than 22 years of his life sentence. Carol and her husband, Gene, have found ways to live a full life amidst heartbreaking circumstances.
Please join us at BREATHE on Thursday, December 8 at 5:30 PM (PT).
Warmly,
Kay Warren
