FOOD PANTRY AT THE PEACE CENTER
At this location, you may help us to share the love of Jesus in very practical ways. You may shop with families, share ministry resources, guide them on how to take their next spiritual step and pray with them. Or you may sort food, stock shelves, clean, organize or enter information into our database. This is a great place for those who are retired, in between jobs or in school to share their time and talents with those in need. The minimum age to serve at this location is 13 with an adult. Once they turn 16, they may serve on their own. The Food Pantry is located in the PEACE Center on the Saddleback Lake Forest campus at 1 Purpose Drive. • Mondays 12noon to 4p (cleaning and stocking shelves only)
• Tuesdays 830a to 330p (2 shifts)
• Wednesdays 1130a to 630p (2 shifts)
• Thursdays 830a to 330p (2 shifts)
• 1st Saturdays 730a to 1230p (1 shift)
FOOD PANTRY DISTRIBUTION CENTER (WAREHOUSE)
This is where we date-check food, sort and prepare it for distribution to our eight Food Pantries. Those age 8 to 12 can serve with a parent, while 13 & older may serve on their own. This is a great small group or “first step” serving opportunity. No appointment is necessary to serve, except as noted below. You can just show up! The Distribution Center is located at 20131 Ellipse in Foothill Ranch.

• Tuesdays 10a to 12noon and 12noon to 3p
• Wednesdays 12noon to 3p
• Thursdays 10a to 12noon and 12noon to 3p
• Saturdays 9a to 12noon

FOOD RESCUE DRIVERS
We need drivers to pickup hundreds of food rescues from local stores each month and deliver them to the Food Pantry Distribution Center. For our larger grocery store pickups, we may train you to drive our Food Pantry trucks (no special license is required). Pickups are scheduled mornings Monday through Saturday.
