MANDARIN COMMUNITY SMALL GROUP & HOSTS
To build community with other members on a personal level.
Life is not meant to be lived alone. In fact, God hates loneliness. You were created to experience life with
other people, and that’s why at Saddleback, we encourage you to get into a small group.
A small group is a group of three or more people who gather each week in a home, workplace, or online. In a
group you’ll hang out, study the Word, and pray together. No matter where you are in life, we can help you
find a group. Small group hosts are members who facilitate with creating a welcoming and supportive
environment for group members’ personal and spiritual growth.

ACTIVATE CLASSES
ACTIVATE 1-4 classes are our spiritual growth and maturity classes, designed to give our congregation some
steppingstones as they walk through life with Christ. They are an integral part of our foundation to teach
people how to love Christ and how to love others.
Help others take their next steps in discovering their purpose by helping us prepare the rooms, welcome
guests, and answer any questions.

times a year.
