Online Community - Community Leader

The primary role of a Community Leader is to make sure your Online Groups and/or Small Groups are healthy groups. Everything you do as a Community Leader is focused on caring and resourcing your groups. As a Community Leader you will be assigned 10-20 groups and will become the primary contact for those groups.
