Business Summit of the theme "Purpose of Refocus” is organized by Saddleback Church Hong Kong. This event aims to help individuals discover their own anchors of Meaning, Identity, Relationship and Second Curve at work to achieve a more fulfilling career life with the profound impact of a “Refocused” work.

3 key elements are designed for the best benefit to the participants.

• Inspiring Keynote Sessions: 4 speakers will give a 10-min crispy on-stage speech related to Meaning, Identity, Relationship, and Second Curve at work followed by a short 5-min Q&A. Your personal experiences and insights on discovering and embracing purposes at work can give the audience some inspirations to align personal values with professional aspirations.
• Interactive Group Discussions: Participants will engage in deepened conversations with the you by topics in a small group setting to enrich their learning. 
• Networking: The Summit will facilitate connections among attendees of cross-sector professionals. Your participation in the 1-hour networking lunch will be highly appreciated.

4. During the events, photographs may be taken by the Organiser(s) for use in their publications or other promotional material. In addition, the Organiser(s) will make official video record of all event sessions for webcasting and archival purposes. By attending the events, you agree to allow the Organiser(s) and other entities including but not limited to, event partners and supporting organizations, the unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use and publish all the video and/or audio recordings, photographs, presentations or pictures of you or those in which you may be included.
