It can be hard to see the healing on the other side of our pain. Going through a pandemic for the past year has burdened us with new challenges we didn't expect, and for some life has been devastating beyond belief.

But at Easter we learn that even when the night comes, the promise of dawn still remains. Death and despair are never the end of the story, because on the third morning Jesus’ empty tomb was discovered. This Easter at Saddleback we’re celebrating that the sun is breaking over the horizon, and we have new life as we reflect the light of the resurrection.
