Lan An was born and grew up in Nanjing, China. She came to US in the 1990's for her education and graduated with an MBA with a concentration in financial management. Lan An has a passion for community service. She organizes enrichment events to help Chinese immigrant families understand and assimilate into the American culture, while promoting appreciation for Chinese culture here in the US. Lan An started attending Saddleback Church in 2002 and has led multiple groups and helped with ministries like English as a Second Language. Since 2018, she has led the Mandarin Community with an amazing team to reach and serve the Chinese immigrant families of Irvine and Lake Forest. Lan An lives in Irvine with her husband and 3 children. She is an outdoor enthusiast and leads the Orange County Chinese Ladies Group on weekly hikes to enjoy nature and promote healthy living. Lan An also loves capturing photos of portraits & landscapes, singing karaoke, and making new friends.
