Yes, if you currently live in the area of any of our campuses, you are expected to be a member of Saddleback before applying for a position. If you live outside the area, we will consider your application providing you have been a member at your current church for four months or more. You will still be expected to complete Saddleback Church's membership requirements as soon as possible.

If you are married, your spouse is also expected to have completed the membership requirements before you apply.

Members of our church have completed CLASS 101, been baptized by immersion, and signed the Membership Agreement.

Yes! If you are a high school student, the High School Ministry Class 101 will be accepted for hiring purposes. High school students who are hired will be required to take the next adult Class 101 that is offered. High school students must be baptized by immersion before applying.
