    Jason Frenn | May 5, 2019

If you were to rate yourself in every of your life — spiritual, mental, family, career, personal, financial, and physical — what would you give yourself? In this message, Jason Frenn will help you break free from bad habits and see transformation in your life.

    Message Action Plan

    Message Action Plan

The seven areas of the Wheel of Life

    1. SPIRITUAL
    2. MENTAL
    3. FAMILY
    4. CAREER
    5. PERSONAL
    6. FINANCIAL
    7. PHYSICAL

One day as Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers—Simon, also called Peter, and Andrew—throwing a net into the water, for they fished for a living. Jesus called out to them, "Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!" And they left their nets at once and followed him.     Matthew 4:18-19(NIV)

Action Plan:  Consider doing the Transformed study in your small group which looks at how God can transform these areas in your life. Available onSaddleback.com/watchor atPastors.com.

    1. BREAK FREE from your DEFAULT SETTINGS

Don't revert to OLD WAYS OF THINKING

    When TIMES ARE TOUGH

The key to change is having a big enough reason to change. People change when their status quo becomes unacceptable or when the pain of staying the same becomes unbearable.

    2. Discover your "WHY".

There are books on "HOW TO" but KNOWING YOUR "WHY" for change is essential.

"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2(NIV)

Action Plan: Think through or make a list of things that you've allowed to throw you off course in the past.  Share them with a friend or your small group and gain some accountability towards breaking free from those past patterns.

    3. Change the THE TAPE IN YOUR HEAD and stop LISTENING TO YOUR CRITICS.

The greatest transformations take place when people can visualize the breakthrough before it happens.

    4. VISUALIZE REACHING your new life and breakthrough.

Examples of people who visualize reaching their breakthrough:

    • The Woman with the Issue of Blood (Matt 9:20-22)
    • Blind Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46-52)
    • The Two Blind Men (Matt 9:27-31)
    • The Woman with a Sick Daughter (Matt 15:22)
    • Athletes prior to a game
    • Inventors
    • Writers
    • Teachers
    • Lawyers

Some of greatest breakthroughs come through A PROCESS!

Action Plan:  What are you wanting God to do in your life?  Make it a part of your daily prayer. Bring it to God every day.
