Vision Weekend With Pastor Rick
In January, Pastor Rick shared his vision for God’s Open DOORS for the next decade at Saddleback Church. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we closed our physical doors, but God’s DOORS remained open. Even though we couldn’t meet in person, Saddleback Church — and God’s impact — never closed! Join us for the online weekend service on January 2 and 3, as Pastor Rick shares an exciting vision for 2021. Learn about how Saddleback has been serving the community during COVID, and how we’ll continue being a light during a dark time. Discover our commitments to racial reconciliation and to Finishing the Task — an initiative to bring the gospel of Jesus to every people group across the globe.

Mental Illness Can't Hold This Girl Back — Britaney's Story
Growing up, Britaney's mom felt emotionally distant and her father had abandoned her. As a junior in college, her undiagnosed bipolar disorder combined with the lack of support and the stress of her workload pushed her to the limit. Overwhelmed, Britaney tried to fight back against the thoughts of suicide. That breakdown forced Britaney to get professional help which opened the door to using her musical talent as therapy. Her singing led her from auditions in LA, to an international K-pop competition in Seoul, South Korea. Britany has found support through renewed life purpose, a life-giving church community, and counselors that have helped her find a healthy, daily routine. Now, she’s using her voice to praise God on the Saddleback Church Worship team and as an advocate for mental health awareness.
