Hey parents! Use these questions as a guide to talk over this month’s lesson, Jesus Calms the Storm, with your child after they’ve watched the video service. As you do, remind your toddler that God is a big and strong God who loves them and wants to take care of them.

As your child colors, they will be reminded of the Bible story about Jesus calming the storm and this month’s Big Idea, God loves me. There are additional coloring pages with familiar faces from today’s Church at Home.

In this craft, your toddler will create a storm in a bag to remember the Bible story. The picture of Jesus will remind them that Jesus loves them. He is big and strong and calmed the storm.

In this activity, your toddler will have fun with sensory play as they experience a storm in a bottle. This will remind them of the storm from the Bible story. They will think about what a storm looks like and be reminded that Jesus loves them and calmed the storm!
