    Daring To Be Generous

    Saddleback Church | May 17, 2015

There are over 2,100 times the word “give” is in the Bible. You might think “love” would be referenced more, but it’s only used around 700 times. Why? Because you can’t truly love without giving. You can give without loving, but the essence of loving is giving. Whether that be giving your talent, time, energy, or a multitude of other gifts, generosity is the foundation of love. If you want to experience God’s blessings in your life, you must have integrity, humility, and a generous heart. In this sermon, Pastor Rick teaches about 12 promises and benefits of generosity.

Daring Faith: The Key To Miracles – Part 9

To strengthen your generosity read through these 12 benefits and do these three things:

    • Change your mind! Write the twelve truths about generosity on flash cards and read though them once each day.
    • Change your heart! Choose your favorite verse below and put it in your heart by committing it to memory.
    • Change your actions! Find a way this week to be generous in a way you normally wouldn't have been generous.
