June 18-19: Rick and Kay Interview Andy and Stacie Wood.
July
- Rick and Andy both take a 1-month sabbatical from preaching.
- Rick and Kay teach CLASS 101 (Membership) for the last time.
- Rick does his last baptism as Senior Pastor.
ACTION PLAN: Take some time this week to pray for Pastor Rick and Kay as they transition. Pray that their July would be restful and reenergizing for the time ahead. Then, pray for Pastor Andy and Stacie Wood as they prepare for the time ahead. Pray that this time in July would be empowering, encouraging, and enriching. Finally, pray that our church and our community would be prepared for all the new that God has ahead of us.
July 23-24: A CELEBRATION honoring Pastor Tom and Chaundel Holladay for their 31 years of ministry at Saddleback!
August (all month): Rick and Kay teach a final weekend series on their greatest life lessons from 43 years.
September 4-5: A CELEBRATION honoring Pastor Rick and Kay for their 43 years of ministry at Saddleback!
September 10-11: The COMMISSIONING of Pastor Andy and Stacie Wood as our new leaders of Saddleback.
September 12 (Monday): Andy begins serving as our new Senior Pastor!
ACTION PLAN: Join us in praying over this time of transition. Spend time praying over each of these upcoming events, the Wood family's move, and this exciting new season at Saddleback Church!
