Devotion: Pursue God first.

       Enemy of Devotion: Distraction

ACTION PLAN: God’s sanctuary is wherever we experience God. Is there a place in your home where you normally spend with God during your quiet time with him? If it’s a place with a lot of distractions, find a new place where you can focus your attention on God. Make a choice this week to pursue God by creating a sanctuary in your home.

Delight: Enjoy God’s presence.

       Enemy of Delight: Duty

ACTION PLAN: Delighting in God is living in His presence. God is with you all the time, so to delight in Him, you bring yourself to the point of being always aware of His presence. Desperation: Cling to God’s hand.

Dependence: Doing life with others

       Enemy of Dependence: Isolation

ACTION PLAN: God does not want you to be alone. From Genesis 2:18, we see that the Lord makes a helper that is suitable to Adam. We are beginning hundreds of new small groups so that as a church we can go through the “One Life” campaign together.
