Action Plan: Intentionally spend time this week thinking about how you can build your integrity, humility, and generosity. Who in your circle is having a tough time? Bring them a meal, offer to do a chore, and write them an encouraging note.
Action Plan: Spend time each day this week thanking God for something he has done in your life. Try to think of something different every day.
