A dead end requires me to fix my filter.
ACTION PLAN: When you're waiting at a dead end, it's time to fix your filter by changing it from a filter of fear to a filter of faith. The best way to change that filter is to fill your mind with God's truth and beauty. Read Philippians 4:8 and write down one example in your life that is tied to each word: what is right, what is pure, what is lovely…
A dead end is a doorway for God's deliverance.
God's deliverance is always for God's greater glory.
ACTION PLAN: How does your dream bring God glory? Re-write your dream considering this, how will God be more glorified when this dream is fulfilled?
We do not serve a God we can always understand. But we do serve a God we can always trust.
ACTION PLAN: Picture what the Israelites saw as they stood watching the sea split before them and the pillar of cloud move to be behind them, coming between them and the Egyptian army. They saw God's presence behind them and in front of them. Pray for God to give you the same vision of your current situation, to reflect on the God who is behind you and before you.
