ACTION PLAN: Is there any grief from your past or present that you are still walking through? Find a way, or multiple ways, to process that grief. Whether it's journaling, prayer-walking, confiding in a close friend, art . . . think of a way that speaks best to you and bring your grief into that space. Always invite God into the space with you - he wants to be with you in your grief.
ACTION PLAN: Try using the Stop, Think, and Pray method this week if negative self-talk is present in your thinking this week. Stop the thoughts, think about what God says about you instead, and ask God to walk with you and show you how he wants you to see your situation.
