We were made for SONG.
The Power of My Song:
- My singing can CONNECT MY HEART TO GOD.
ACTION PLAN: Create a playlist of worship music that you love. As you drive or go about your day, use this playlist as a way to reconnect with God.
- Sing to God with JOY.
- Sing to God with REVERENCE.
- Sing to God with GRATITUDE.
- My singing can SHIFT THE ATMOSPHERE.
- Singing can shift MY HEART.
- Singing can shift THE ROOM.
Action Plan: Next time you're in a worship service, take a next step in worship. Sing louder, close your eyes, raise your hands, or do something to express your love for the Lord in a new way and to help set an example for those around you. Don't be afraid of what others may think, let love and gratitude for the Lord take over your heart.
- My singing can BREAK CHAINS AND OPEN PRISON DOORS.
ACTION PLAN: This week, share a story of how God has been good to you with someone! Each of us have a way that the Lord has changed a situation or changed our hearts for the better, and it is an act of worship to share those stories with others. Pray that they would be encouraged to worship God through your story!
- My singing can CHANGE A GENERATION.
