ACTION PLAN: Dive into Romans 12:14-18 by studying these verses. As you look at these verses, ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding of what God wants you to know. Ask questions about how to apply these verses such as, is there a lesson to learn? Is there a priority to change? Is there a command to obey? Learn the context of the verse by asking, who was the author? Who was it written to? When was it written? Record what you've learned either in the margins of your bible or a journal where you can write what God is teaching you.

ACTION PLAN: Our church has been memorizing chapter 12 of Romans for the last five weeks.. This week, review what you have memorized from the 12th chapter of Romans. To cement this into your soul so that the Holy Spirit can bring it to mind at the most advantageous times, make a practice to review this, and other scriptures you have memorized on a weekly basis.

How I see the world is how I will face the world.

I must learn to see people through the lens of the cross.

I learn to see people differently by treating them differently.

FOUR KINDS OF LOVE:

Storge = parental love, family love

Eros = romantic love of a man with a woman

Phileo = friendship, love between closest friends, brotherly love

Agape = unconquerable benevolence, generosity, and kindness; invincible goodwill

How can I begin to love an unlovable person? Pray for them.

Prayer is the forerunner of love.
