1.  THIS IS JUST ASEASON.

 EVERY SEASON COMES WITHGIFTS,GRIND, ANDGRIEF.

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. IT MAY FEELPERVASIVE, BUT IT'S NEVER PERMANENT.

ACTION PLAN: Have lunch/video chat with a trusted friend and ask them for their perspective on the grind you may be in now.   How do they see things differently?  Are their hidden blessings in what you're going through?  Think about what is blocking you from more easily seeing them.

ACTION PLAN: List out the big work you must accomplish before this year ends.  Beyond the initial benefactors of such efforts, who can God bless through you by doing this work?  What daily tasks can you approach differently for God to work through you?  Incorporate one good idea that comes to you this week.  Make it a weekly habit at work.
